On December 26, 2009, the Wuguang section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed Railway was put into operation. This is the world's longest completed high-speed rail line, the most complex type of engineering, and a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. This marks the beginning of the era of high-speed rail in China. The improvement of high-speed rail speed has promoted the rapid development of economy, but also increased the safety risks of train operation. High-speed rail uses hollow axle technology to reduce weight and increase train speed. At that time, the flaw detection of hollow axle was still a blind spot in China. Recommended by experts of the Ministry of Railways, our company cooperated with well-known domestic enterprises to complete the research and production of hollow axle detection. Now all the hollow axle detection test blocks of high-speed rail in China are produced by our company. The large increase of train running speed puts forward higher requirements for the inspection grade and inspection process of rail, wheel, axle, etc. Our company timely develops and provides high-quality inspection blocks of rail, wheel, axle, etc., to ensure the safe operation of trains after the speed increase.

DB-H1 and DB-H2 test blocks

The two test blocks are mainly used to measure the distance amplitude characteristics of rail flaw detectors and inclined probes. According to the TB/T 2340-93 standard, the DB-H1 test block is used to measure the distance amplitude characteristics of 37° probe channels, and the DB-H2 test block is used to measure the distance amplitude characteristics of 70° probe channels. Figure 1-2 and 1-3 show the shapes and dimensions of DB-H1 and DB-H2 test blocks.
