China Railway Society material Technology Committee non-destructive testing group academic exchange

On October 25, the fifth session of an academic exchange meeting of the non-destructive Testing Group of the Material Technology Committee of the China Railway Society was held in Jining, Shandong Province, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, and about 100 expert members from the railway bureau depots, car depots, research institutes, CRRC locomotive branches and railway society participated.

The meeting was jointly organized by the Materials and Technology Committee of China Railway Society and the Institute of Metals and Chemistry of China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., LTD. Shandong Ruixiang Mold Co., LTD., in order to promote the exchange and joint improvement of non-destructive testing technology in the railway industry.

During the meeting, according to different surface detection methods, experts will exchange dozens of professional papers such as "Application of eddy current detection technology in rail weld detection", "Automatic fluorescent magnetic particle detection system of railway truck bearing roller", "Research on the influence of temperature on the sensitivity of penetration detection", and the excellent papers will be selected by the expert committee and awarded. Promote the deeper application and development of surface inspection in the railway industry.

The railway system is one of our important strategic partners. The test blocks used for inspection of rail in service and axle wheels of locomotive are manufactured by our company. Our company has discussed and communicated with railway experts in time, successfully developed and provided high-quality axle wheel physical comparison blocks, and ensured the safe operation of trains after the speed increase. At the same time, our company is willing to cooperate extensively with domestic railway units on the basis of decades of cooperation, and make modest contributions to China's railway cause!
