Test block for nondestructive testing of public works systemWGT-1 test blockOne end of the wgt-1 test block is a circular surface with radius R=40mm, which is used to determine the incident point and front length of the inclined probe. The other end is a simulated rail screw hole of R=15mm, and there is a screw hole crack with a depth of 3mm and a horizontal plane (B plane) at a 36° Angle. The φ3 cross through hole on the test block is used to determine the tilt probe and instrument sensitivity margin. Figure 1-5 shows the dimensions and shapes of the test blocks.
WGT-2 test block
The WGT-2 test block is used to measure the range amplitude characteristics of the flaw detector and the 70° probe. It includes the range compensation of the flaw detector and the range amplitude characteristics of the probe. In addition, the horizontal linear error of the instrument can be measured by using the test block. Figure 1-6 shows the dimensions and shapes of the test blocks.
WGT-3 test blockThe WGT-3 test block is used to measure the range amplitude of the inclined probe and the echo amplitude in the wedge. It can also be used to determine the sensitivity margin of 37 ° and 70° probes. The size and shape of the test block are shown in the figure.
With the increase of train running speed, higher requirements are put forward for the flaw detection grade and inspection technology of rail, wheel and axle. In order to ensure the safety of train operation, a large number of high-quality flaw detection blocks are needed. On December 26, 2009, the Wuguang section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed Railway was put into operation. This is the world's longest completed high-speed rail line, the most complex type of engineering, and a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. This marks the beginning of the era of high-speed rail in China. The improvement of high-speed rail speed has promoted the rapid development of economy, but also increased the safety risks of train operation. High-speed rail uses hollow axle technology to reduce weight and increase train speed. At that time, the flaw detection of hollow axle was still a blind spot in China. Recommended by experts of the Ministry of Railways, our company cooperated with well-known domestic enterprises to complete the research and production of hollow axle detection. Now all the hollow axle detection test blocks of high-speed rail in China are produced by our company. The large increase of train running speed puts forward higher requirements for the inspection grade and inspection process of rail, wheel, axle, etc. Our company timely develops and provides high-quality inspection blocks of rail, wheel, axle, etc., to ensure the safe operation of trains after the speed increase.
