With the increase of train running speed, higher requirements are put forward for the flaw detection grade and inspection technology of rail, wheel and axle. In order to ensure the safety of train operation, a large number of high-quality flaw detection blocks are needed. Our company undertook this task and completed it with quality and quantity guarantee, ensuring the safe operation of the train after the speed increase.
On December 26, 2009, the Wuguang section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed Railway was put into operation. This is the world's longest completed high-speed rail line, the most complex type of engineering, and a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. This marks the beginning of the era of high-speed rail in China. The improvement of high-speed rail speed has promoted the rapid development of economy, but also increased the safety risks of train operation. High-speed rail uses hollow axle technology to reduce weight and increase train speed. At that time, the flaw detection of hollow axle was still a blind spot in China. Recommended by experts of the Ministry of Railways, our company cooperated with well-known domestic enterprises to complete the research and production of hollow axle detection. Now all the hollow axle detection test blocks of high-speed rail in China are produced by our company. The large increase of train running speed puts forward higher requirements for the inspection grade and inspection process of rail, wheel, axle, etc. Our company timely develops and provides high-quality inspection blocks of rail, wheel, axle, etc., to ensure the safe operation of trains after the speed increase.

Test block for nondestructive testing of public works systemGTS-60 Rail test Block (Length 432mm)GTS-60 test block is made of 60kg/m steel rail and is one of the recommended test blocks in the whole road by the Ministry of Railways. It is mainly used to test the sensitivity margin and signal-to-noise ratio of the rail flaw detector and various probes, and can also be used to test the detection performance of each probe under dynamic conditions. Figure 1-11 shows the shapes and dimensions. The GTS-60 test block is divided into two specifications: inside rail (A) and outside rail (B).
GTS-60 Extension Test Block (Length 1400mm)
Figure 1-12 shows the shape and dimensions of the GTS-60 extension block. It is developed according to the GTS-60 test block standard and is mainly used to verify the rail flaw detection sensitivity under dynamic conditions. The detection sensitivity of 0° probe and 45° probe can be adjusted by using φ6 and φ8 transverse holes respectively, and the detection ability of 37° probe on transverse crack of rail bottom can be tested by using "crescent shape" crack in the center of rail bottom. The sensitivity of the 70° probe can be adjusted by using two φ4 flat bottom holes left and right of the rail end. The GTS-60 test block is divided into two specifications: inside rail (A) and outside rail (B).
It is a rail flaw detection calibration test block specified in the TB/T2340-2012 rail ultrasonic flaw detector specification, which improves the rail flaw detection test performance. Figure 1-13.
