High-speed rail uses hollow axle technology to reduce weight and increase train speed. At that time, the flaw detection of hollow axle was still a blind spot in China. Recommended by experts of the Ministry of Railways, our company cooperated with well-known domestic enterprises to complete the research and production of hollow axle detection. Now all the hollow axle detection test blocks of high-speed rail in China are produced by our company. The large increase of train running speed puts forward higher requirements for the inspection grade and inspection process of rail, wheel, axle, etc. Our company timely develops and provides high-quality inspection blocks of rail, wheel, axle, etc., to ensure the safe operation of trains after the speed increase.
